Eat your way to hydration with these amazing foods!


If you read our last post, you know how important water is for our bodies. We all know that sometimes drinking the recommended amount of water can be a bit of a challenge, so we thought we'd find other easy ways to keep those hydration levels up. We found that there are plenty of fruits and vegetables that can do the trick. They can have a high water composition and also provide nutrients to our bodies such as vitamins, minerals, fibre and sugars to name a few! It's a win-win! Just remember to eat that four servings of fruit, five servings of veggies, and keep those fluids up every day!
